On-Demand
Most OutPerformance customers choose the On-Demand deployment option because of its low cost, high security, and ease of implementation. OutPerformance solutions On-Demand feature:
- Rapid implementation time; most customers are using OutPerformance within 2-4 weeks
- No new hardware or software is required. Subscribers simply need Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 (or higher) and Sun Java Virtual Machine 1.4.1. Both may be downloaded for free.
- Available upgrades for the products you purchase are installed automatically and our Technical Support team can make neccessary adjustments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Employs the latest security technology to ensure that our infrastructure and customer's data are highly secure, including hosting at a SAS 70 certified facility
On-Premise
The On-Premise offering provides a fully-integrated solution that is deployed, managed and maintained at your own site, allowing customers to optimize infrastructure investments and staffing by installing application components on internal hardware. To ensure our customers get the most out of their On-Premise deployment, a full complement of services are available for:
